Kassandra Burk

Kassandra began working with children and adolescents in 2018. She has worked with youth in a variety of settings, which have included working in not-for-profit organizations, summer camps, teaching guitar, working within the school system, as well as in private practice and clinical settings. Kassandra received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree with distinction through the University of Calgary with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology in 2021. Her undergraduate research thesis focused on patient experiences with virtual healthcare services. Kassandra also completed her Master of Science in School and Applied Child Psychology through the University of Calgary in 2024. Her master’s thesis focussed on the effectiveness of a psychoeducational program for spouses of public safety personnel (PSP; i.e., firefighters, police officers, paramedics) and also explored resilience, stress, and family functioning in PSP spouses.
Kassandra has a passion for the mental health and well-being of children and families. She has worked with children with ASD, AD/HD, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disorders, and social-emotional and behavioral challenges. Kassandra takes a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to assessments, with the goal of understanding each child’s unique strengths and needs. She values collaboration and seeks input from the families and schools she works with to fully understand the child and their experiences. Kassandra also enjoys supporting children and adolescents in building social and emotional coping strategies and fostering positive behavioral change.
In her spare time, Kassandra enjoys hiking, travelling, camping, cooking, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jackie D'Costa, M.Ed., R.Psych
Hailing from Nova Scotia, Jackie was raised as the only girl and middle child amongst her four brothers. Her passion for leading and supporting children evolved through community service and later raising her boys in Red Deer Alberta. Jackie brings to the practice vast experience, due to her diverse employment opportunities, including working as a Child Care Worker in a treatment home for children and youth with severe behavioural challenges, office manager for two adult psychiatrists in Red Deer, and providing nutrition consultation to children at Aspire Special Needs Resource Centre. In 2018, Jackie left her career in dietetics to pursue further education to become a child psychologist. She became a registered psychologist in March 2025 and has provided services and support to children with autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, learning challenges, mental health and behavioural disorders.
Jackie lives with her two adult sons in Red Deer, while they pursue post-secondary education (master’s in theology and certificate in computer programming). When not working, Jackie enjoys camping in the summer, cooking, baking and entraining family and friends, and serving as a Middle School Youth Sunday School teacher at Living Stones Church.

Danielle Greenberg M.Ed., R.Psych Registered Psychologist
As the oldest of 4 kids in her family, and the oldest of 20 kids in her neighbourhood, Danielle developed a passion for leading and supporting kids from a very young age. While in college and studying psychology, Danielle worked with her first student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and found her career path. Danielle then worked in a variety of roles with children with special needs, and became a psychologist 15 years ago. In that time, Danielle has provided therapy and assessment for children with ASD, AD/HD, Intellectual Disabilities, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), attachment disorders, mental health and behavioural disorders, as well as learning disorders. In addition to working with children with exceptionalities, Danielle also enjoys supporting and helping neurotypical children and adolescents gain social, emotional and coping skills to assist them to thrive in what can be a challenging world. Danielle and her husband live in Red Deer County with their son. The three of them share an intense interest and have a hyperfocus on baseball, and can usually be found at the ball diamond. Danielle also loves dogs and is at work to get her Golden Aussie, Leo, certified as a therapy dog to assist her work with children.
